Semtech NT22L33

1.25Gbps Laser Driver - OC-3/GbE

The NT22L33 is a laser driver IC capable of supplying up to 70 mA modulation current and 80 mA bias current. The NT22L33 is configured to drive common anode lasers and operate with either a +3.3 V or +5.0 V supply voltage and is packaged to be pin compatible with the MAX3646 laser driver.
