The NT25L91 is a combined burst mode laser driver and limiting post amplifier designed for fiber optic transceiver modules. The NT25L91 features an I2C interface for digital control and set-up and on-chip nonvolatile memory to store the control settings. With 100 mA bias current and 90 mA
modulation current output drive capability. This enables a complete solution for EPON and GPON DDMI and non-DDMI SFP/SFF optical transceiver modules. An APD DAC output is also provided for BOSA-on-Board applications.
