Overview
RClamp®10022PWQ is a 2-line Transient Voltage Suppressor designed specifically for ESD protection of 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 interfaces in automotive applications. It utilizes silicon avalanche technology for superior ESD and TLP clamping performance. This bidirectional TVS has a trigger voltage >100V and a deep snap-back characteristic for minimizing ESD clamping voltage.
