Overview
RailClamp transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays are ultra-low capacitance electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection devices designed to protect high speed data interfaces. This series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, cable discharge events (CDE) and electrical fast transients (EFT). RClamp®0524PB has a typical capacitance of only 0.3pF between I/O pins and has ESD characteristics that are highlighted by high ESD withstand voltage (+/-12kV per IEC1000-4-2). Each device will protect four lines operating at 5V.
