Overview
RClamp® TVS diodes are low capacitance devices designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD, EFT and EOS events. RClamp3951ZA features extremely good ESD and EOS protection characteristics highlighted by a low dynamic resistance of 0.14 Ohms and a high surge capability of 10A (tp = 8/20μs). It has low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (±25kV contact per IEC 61000-4-2). Each device will protect one data line operating up to ±3.3 V.
